I lost my license key

It happens to everyone. Your keys are never lost on our side.

1. Go to My licenses.
2. Enter the email address you used to buy and press Email me a sign-in code.
3. Type the 6-digit code from the email. Your customer desk opens with every license key, purchase date and download.

If you used a different email, or don’t remember which one, send us a message with your name and roughly when you bought it.
